We are

MTSC started as a marketing consulting business. In some respects that is still what we do today, consult with our clients and leverage marketing communications to best present their organization to the end user. Along the way we have grown, refined our approach and focused our efforts on the digital user experience to connect brands and consumers. Today, our core competency or ‘sweet spot’ is helping businesses and non-profit organizations connect and engage with their key stake holders primarily through digital communications. We also throw in some traditional marketing, operational efficiencies and other stuff too so we have a balanced portfolio for our clients. Because everyone has a story, we help tell it best.

Our approach.
We are very hands on. We foster close client relationships and produce extraordinary results. How do we do that? Well, we work hand in hand with our clients as an extension of them. We’re not the biggest agency and we kinda like it that way. We pick just the right clients that value marketing communications, our process and what both can do for their organization as much as we do. It’s a mutual respect and admiration we have for one another.

Mark P. Trocino is an award winning, marketing communications expert. An entrepreneur at heart, Mark is a strategic-thinking marketing executive with a penchant for communicating at scale, increasing profits, maximizing market penetration, as well as disrupting and transforming the digital communication landscape. He leads high-performing teams by example; promoting operational improvements, market expansion and positive corporate culture as keys to success. Mark has over eighteen years of professional experience blending entrepreneurial business, agency and large corporate team leadership in strategic communications, marketing and public relations. Some of the industries that Mark has delivered measurable results include health care, retail, e-commerce, technology, food & beverage, financial services and non-profit.

In addition to his business credentials, Mark is the founder and president of the Salvatore and Patricia Trocino Foundation, a memorial foundation that carries on the legacy of his parents. The foundation funds educational scholarships and other philanthropic causes in the Hudson Valley. Further, Mark is a member of the Hudson Valley Hospice Foundation board of trustees, and has served on numerous other non-profit boards in the Hudson Valley including American Cancer Society and Leadership Orange, a non-profit organization dedicated to leadership development.

Mark is a sought after speaker. He has presented at several business conferences both locally and nationally and regularly guest lectures on marketing and integrated communications at Marist College and Mount Saint Mary's College. Throughout his career, Mark has been presented with several awards for marketing and leadership including an Aster Award for Excellence in Medical Communications, Leadership Award for Corporate Social Responsibility, Leadership Commitment Award as well as been honored as a 40 Under 40 and Raising Star in the Hudson Valley.

A native of Poughkeepsie, NY, Mark earned his Bachelor of Arts in Communications, Advertising from Marist College. When Mark is advising clients, volunteering or running his parents' foundation he can be found on a soccer field or bicycle. Mark is an avid soccer fan and cyclist. He tries to stay healthy by playing soccer and cycling.
